Welcome to our clinic! It is our goal to provide you and your family with the highest quality of dental care while maintaining a relaxing and friendly environment so you look and feel your very best.

Opening Hours

Our clinic is open Monday to Friday, and late evenings by appointment.

Bookings

You can book an appointment with us online or call us at 9336 6588. Please note your dental appointment is considered confirmed at the time of booking. We have reserved the time with our dentists, dental assistants and hygienists especially for you. We will contact you prior to your scheduled appointment with a courtesy reminder but ultimately it is your responsibility to ensure that you arrive on time for your appointment. We know that life can get in the way and if you need to reschedule, please give us at least one business day notice and we will be happy to find a time that better suits you.

Medical History

Please give us a list of any medications that you are taking on your first visit. You can also fill this information in the health questionnaire. It is important that you continue to update us as any changes to your general medical health may have an impact on your dental health.

Payment

Every effort is made to keep the cost of your dental care affordable. It is the patient’s responsibility to provide payment in full at the time of service unless other financial arrangements have been made. If you are with a Health Fund, please bring along your card to every visit so we may claim your benefit for you through HICAPS immediately after your treatment. We accept all major Health Funds. For your convenience, we also accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Eftpos. We also offer payment plan options.

What To Expect For Your First Visit

Your appointment will take approximately 40 minutes. At the time of your first visit, we will listen closely to your concerns and conduct a comprehensive and thorough examination. Before any treatment begins, we will advise you of your options so you can make an informed decision regarding the best course of treatment for your specific needs. It is our intention to provide you with the highest quality care in an atmosphere of mutual trust.

When you arrive for your appointment, please bring along:

  • Completed Health Questionnaire (available online). If you are unable to complete the questionnaire prior to your visit, please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment.
  • Health Fund Card so we may process your rebate immediately after your treatment and you only have to pay the “gap”. We accept all major health funds.
  • Referral letter, if any.
  • X-ray, if any.
